Even after years of selling through dealers and distributors across India, Arbiterr was facing a silent problem most manufacturers never talk about:

Even with better quality than many popular names, Arbiterr was still treated as a “local manufacturer.” Dealers negotiated on margins. Distributors didn’t take the brand seriously.
And branded players continued to win, simply because they were the known brands.
That’s when the founder came to us with one goal:
“Help us become a brand people recognize, trust, and prefer.”

The office furniture market is scattered. Hundreds of manufacturers, similar-looking products.
